hello All,
I need to upgrade my memory so that I can install and run VirtualPC for Mac to take some online classes for work that will only run using IE. I have the memory I just can't get in the case, I called my local apple store and they won't install the memory for me because it's 3rd party ( i got it from crucial) . I tried another place in my area and they don't have the tool needed to be able to open the case, I know there is a small video floating around that employs using putty knives to open the case.. I don't want to do this! I want the machine to run after installing the new memory, if anyone knows where I can get the tool needed to open the case I'd really appreciate the help.
